A Ferry Ride and More Walking

Filed under: Travel — DavidRM @ 9:28 pm
We took the ferry (free for pedestrians) across the … body of water … to Algiers. Then we had a sorta picnic in Jackson Square and wandered the French Quarter.

We rode this boat last time we were here. The fried chicken lunch sucked.

A Walking Tour of New Orleans Cemeteries

Filed under: Travel — DavidRM @ 3:01 pm
Susan & I walked through Lafayette Cemeteries No. 1 & No. 2, and St. Joseph Cemeteries No. 1 & No 2. We also had a short conversation with a lizard (possibly a chameleon) and spotted a falcon (not shown).
