4th of July at night, with bigger bangs. Our neighbors across the street were setting off some very colorful fireworks, as were some people a few blocks away. The sky was alight. And a-noisy.

Tripod, Playground, & Power Outage
Davis, Serene & I went to Riverparks to test out the tripod a bit. Then we headed down to one of the playground areas. Later in the evening, the power went out (2nd weekend in a row now). Candlelight made great shadow puppets…but was somewhat limited for taking pictures.
